The Mighty Lightning

I've recently become inspired by friends DandyAndy1989 and BrainiacAdam lately who are pushing their superhero personae and thought I'd follow suit by pushing the Mighty Lightning myself. He hasn't been used since "The Unleashers" and "Mighty Kombat" anyway, so there's definitely more I could do. For starters, I've slightly altered the color of ML's armor, changing it from blue to teal. Or is that cobalt? Second, I don't intend to make a series but do plan on making some short stories to do once in a while. Third, I also plan to make more artwork of allies and baddies ML will encounter in the future.

The setting will have a mythological theme, ranging from various mythologies. Mighty Lightning himself is inspired by the Greek god Zeus and the Norse god Thor.

All of ML's details are as follow.

Powers/Abilities
-Electrical Manipulation: the ability to harness the power of electricity and reshape it in any form
-Lightning Speed: capable of moving at the speed of light
-Magnetism: able to attract metal objects to himself and vice versa
-Circuitry Travel: the ability to travel through electric devices, wires, and cables
-Electrical Absorption: allows Mighty Lightning to absorb electricity to either re-energize himself or gather for a powerful attack.

Arsenal/Gadgets
-Transformer: the shining device on his chest that allows Rod to transform into the Mighty Lightning when activated.
-Razors: bladed gloves that can cut through almost anything, project electricity, thrust in the ground, or throw. Razor gloves will return to his hands if he holds his hand out.
-Armor: sturdy enough to withstand powerful impacts and allows Mighty Lightning enough flexibility to easily move.
-Headgear: made of the same metallic material as his armor and razors which protects his head, can headbutt foes, and project electricity from the blades.
-Griffin Grips: if necessary, Mighty Lightning can activate a pair of mechanical arms that resemble a lion and an eagle. These can be used to increase his physical strength, smash foes, launch projectiles, or get a firm grip on things.

Weaknesses/Disadvantages
-Cannot Fly: the Mighty Lightning is incapable of flying, unlike most superheroes.
-Water: when exposed to large amounts of water, the Mighty Lightning's transformer short circuits and could be rendered temporarily unusable as well as causes his armor to rust, limiting his movement.
-Rubber: rubber is entirely invulnerable to electricity.
-Recharging Time: after executing a very powerful attack or after a long battle, the Mighty Lightning's transformer must recharge either steadily overtime or by absorbing electricity from another source.
-Attraction of Unwanted Objects: while utilizing his magnetic powers, the Mighty Lightning may unintentionally attract unwanted metal objects such as vehicles which could crush him.
-Diamond: the only material the Mighty Lightning can not break through.
-Loss of Powers: should his transformer be lost, removed, or destroyed, the Mighty Lightning loses his powers entirely.
-Overconfidence: taking great pride in being a superhero and his achievements, the Mighty Lightning is prone to underestimating his foes, often taunting or toying with them or even faking despair. This usually leaves him open for an attack.
