Mighty Lightning: Altos - Dwarf

Mighty Lightning's been making quite a few enemies lately. This is Altos, a mafia boss whose gang is new in town. To fit with the mythology theme, Altos is based on both dwarves and giants seen in different mythologies. At only 3 feet in height, Altos has had an inferiority complex which made him turn to a life of crime forming a gang for him to boss around. Although he's puny his gang still follows him out of fear. This is because even though Altos is very short, he has the ability to alter his height to gigantic proportions due to a size-altering gene he stole. And bossing his gang around makes him feel like a really big man with that much control. He's quite handy with a machine gun too. Altos wants to prove that size does matter. He may be small but he refuses to let anyone walk allover him or look down upon him. Especially the Mighty Lightning.

His name is derived from the mythological giants Talos and Atlas, the latin term "alto" meaning "high/tall", and Al Capone.
